From Sony Pictures Classics, Kung Fu Hustle is opening in theatres April 22, 2005, and has already opened in limited release on April 8th in Los Angeles and New York. The pre-release reviews are intriguing, and seem to be summed up by this quote from Nicholas Schager of filmcritic.com:

“…like an Asian Looney Tunes short…stretched to 90 minutes and blown up for the big screen…”

Look for a great escapist experience with a “hilarity and dementia”. I particulary like the Korean movie poster (shown here).
