5,000 Collectible Penguin Books Now Offered on ABEBOOKS.COM

“VICTORIA, BC, Aug. 17 /CNW/ – Abebooks.com, the world’s largest online
marketplace for books is pleased to announce that Austin-based Half Price
Books, the nation’s largest new and used bookstore chain, has made 5,000
collectible Penguin Books available for sale on Abebooks.com.
The books were a were a part of the Penguin Publishers’ archive storage
in Bristol, England, and include paperback copies of books by Isaac Asimov,
DH Lawrence, Iris Murdoch, George Orwell, John Buchan and James Joyce, some of
which include notes written by Penguin’s editorial staff.”

    Usually the best research tool can be eBay itself. After this comment, I actually tried out the Terapeak search function in the right hand column, and it showed that there is currently one copy of a Jack London 1958 Dell paperback first edition iin good condition listed at the moment for $3.99 with no bids and three days to go.
