Upper Deck bids $2 million for Fleer assets

“In what would have to be considered a steal of a deal, Upper Deck has put in an offer of $2 million to purchase the Intellectual Property of Fleer/Skybox International LP and substantially all of the assets of Fleer Collectibles, LLC.
…This offer is pending an auction at 2 p.m. Thursday.”
