Random Treasures Auctions recently held an auction of magic memorabilia and collectibles, which ended on July 22.

One of the highlights was this 1908 Houdini poster which sold for $68,404.00 (US):

“One of the rarest of all Houdini Posters! There are only 3 copies extant and 2 are in private institutions, but the condition and provenance of this one makes it UNIQUE! This stunning and dramatic image measures 40 by 30 inches, litho By Russell Morgan 1908. Unbelievable brilliant colors and sharp graphics. This poster was acquired at the Houdini Estate Sale held in New Jersey in 1981.”
