“Twenty years ago, Thad Sanders inherited a Morgan silver dollar from his grandmother. For Sanders, one just wasn’t enough.

He recently spent upwards of $600 to acquire a Morgan silver dollar minted in 1895. Only 850,000 of the coins were minted that year, compared to millions the following year.”
