Instead of going after buried gold, he ferrets out caches of surfing memorabilia. Think: Big Kahuna does the “Antiques Roadshow.”

For years, Seymour said, he was tantalized by rumors about a San Diego widow who had inherited a fabulous collection of rare surfboards.”
