“You won’t have to load up granny’s old sideboard and head off to the nearest antiques road show if Judith Miller is around.
And chances are, if that old family heirloom is really valuable, something like it will be in one of her books.
…The hottest collectible now, in fact, is costume jewelry.
It’s “massive,” says Miller. “It’s been the biggest change and trend really because it used to be that if you went to an appraiser or an auction house or to a dealer and you handed him a case of costume jewelry, they’d say this is (of) absolutely no value.”
