“Heritage Auction Galleries will be offering an extremely rare 1879 quintuple gold Stella in their upcoming signature coin auction, which will be held January 3 – 6 in Orlando, Florida. Even the most novice coin collector has heard of the international experiment of the Stella coin, a coin with a face value of $4. But not nearly as widely known as the $4 Stella is the “quintuple Stells.”
